Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking a Medical Billing Specialist | Front Desk to join our team. The employee is primarily responsible for helping the billing department at a lovely medical practice here in Greensboro.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 1st shift office hours

Pay: $18-20 DOE

Job Requirements

Medical Billing Specialist | Front Desk Duties:

  • Managing Patient Accounts
  • Calling patients to collect on past-due accounts
  • Setting up a payment plan that best suites practice and patient
  • Confirming/verifying insurance
  • Assisting with Check out/Check-in/Scheduling

EDUCATION:
High school diploma
Relevant training for coding, billing, and front/back-office functions

EXPERIENCE:

    • At least three years of experience in a medical office is desired.
    • CPT & ICD-10 knowledge
