Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking to fill a purchase order entry coordinator for our client located in Archdale, NC. Ideal candidates must be able to work the schedule 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of purchase order entry experience with a customer service aptitude.

Job Requirements

Job Duties:
  • Answering phones
  • Status updates for customers as needed
  • Sending all sales orders to customers and communicating expected shipments/late orders/issues
  • Entering all PO’s into our software system
  • Printing all order labels for production team
  • Communicating with customers regarding delivery instructions
Qualifications:
  • Working with QuickBooks is a plus
  • 3+ years of purchase order entry experience
  • Must have experience in customer service, handling high volume of calls/data entry
  • Proficient with technology – will be working on two monitors and using 2 software systems, as well as PDF/Excel/Outlook
  • Professional communication - most interactions will be over email but we do take quite a few calls throughout the day as well
  • Proficient in English
  • Experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting is a plus
