Textile Machine Operator in Kernersville at Advanced Personnel Resources

Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is looking for a textile machine operator! This person will have the ability to work in an industrial environment, have great attendance, and lift between 25-75 pounds per shift.

This is a direct hire opportunity!

Responsibilities:

Warper Duties:

• Loading creel: 5-20 pounds yarn packages
• Tie in packages
• Set up creel and warper for operation
• Thread up eye board and read
• Verify quality during operation
• Record Key process parameters at specified intervals
• Use the computer system to enter process specific information and generate labels.
• Load and unload warp beams

Weaving Duties:

• Set machine parameters according to weaving data sheet
• Perform style changes including weaving pattern change
• Load loom beams and unload finished fabric
• Verify quality during weaving operation
• Verify machine efficiency during weaving operation
• Repair mechanical stops
• Flag defects when deemed necessary
• Maintain specified paperwork
• Use computer system to enter process specific information and generate labels
