Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced forklift drivers for our client in Winston-Salem. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of recent forklift experience and the ability to work overtime as required. This position works from a 12-hour night shift, 7pm-7am on a 2-2-3 schedule....and 7am-7pm day shift as well.
Job Duties:
- Utilize sit-down forklift to load/unload trailers.
- Maintain accuracy of raw goods inventory.
- Supply appropriate levels of raw material to the production floor throughout the shift.
- Pack orders accurately for shipment utilizing RF Scanners.
- Maintain accuracy of finished goods inventory.
- Oversee daily operations of shipping department including inspection of product, packaging and outbound shipment.
- Regular review of raw and finished goods inventory via report management and schedule cycle counts.
Job Requirements:
- Recent sit-down forklift experience is required .
- Proven record of great attendance.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs. throughout shift.
- Physical ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to meet production/quality standards.
