Production Supervisor
Advanced Personnel Resources is actively recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor to support a high-performing manufacturing team in Browns Summit, NC . This is a key leadership role for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent team management skills, and the stamina to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Location: Browns Summit, NC (Ideal candidates located within 30 minutes – Danville, Eden, Madison, Reidsville, Burlington, Greensboro, etc.)
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (2/2/3 schedule) – rotating days/nights monthly
S alary: $75,000–$80,000/year
Employment Type: Temp-to-perm preferred, open to direct hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise production staff on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule
- Apply coaching, performance management, and corrective action as needed
- Ensure operational efficiency, adherence to safety standards, and production goals
- Learn and understand the technical aspects of manufacturing equipment and processes
- Communicate clearly across shifts and departments
- Maintain a strong, consistent floor presence— physical stamina is a must
