Licensed Inside Sales Specialist – P&C License
Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking a seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Inside Sales Specialist – P&C License to join our growing team in Greensboro, NC. This individual will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, quoting and binding new business policies across multiple states, and ensuring clients are well-informed about their coverage options.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth.
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $18–$22/hour (depending on experience)
Bonus: Quarterly, uncapped (typically ranges from $500–$4,000+ based on production).

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative sales calls, explaining policy features, coverage, exclusions, and required state documentation
- Quote and bind new business policies in compliance with underwriting and program guidelines
- Handle a high volume of inbound inquiries from prospective clients
- Meet or exceed monthly sales metrics and performance goals
- Maintain a deep understanding of insurance coverage and endorsement forms
- Collaborate with team members and management as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
