Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a talented Logistics Administrator Overnight for our client in Greensboro. Interested candidates should have excellent administrative and customer service skills, and be comfortable working in both an office and a warehouse environment.

  • Shifts: Monday - Thursday 7PM - 7AM
  • Pay: $19

This is a Temp-to-Hire position with fantastic long-term potential.

Logistics Administrator Job Description

  • Generate and edit all orders for outbound shipment.
  • Audit outbound shipments.
  • Complete data entry tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Actively coordinate with various members of administrative and warehouse teams.
  • Update customer orders and associated paperwork.

Job Requirements

Logistics Administrator Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Shipping & Receiving or Inventory Control Administrator OR college coursework in supply chain studies.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work late and work weekends as needed
