Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a motivated Driver Recruiter for a new opening with our client, a well-established transportation and logistics company located in the Triad.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified drivers and managing candidate relationships throughout the interviewing and selection processes. If you are passionate about recruiting and have a background in driver training, we want to hear from you!

• Monday - Friday 8 AM-5 PM work schedule
• $45-55K DOE - for the right candidate can be more

Additional responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Initial Driver Interviews (Phone and In-person)
• File Management
• Facilitation of Driver Orientation
• Coordination of pre-employment and random drug screens
• Working in concert with Safety & Compliance as well as Maintenance departments
• Assisting Safety & Compliance in developing comprehensive driver training programs
• Other duties and initiatives as assigned by Management
