Are you in retail customer service and have an interest in working in a call center environment?

Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting high-energy and dependable professionals for an exciting career in customer service! Ideal candidates will have a steady work history, 3+ years of customer service experience (retail or call center), and a drive to succeed in an interactive customer support atmosphere.

  • $15-$16 DOE ($16 for French or Spanish Speakers only)
  • Temp-To-Hire
  • Must be able to train on days 9:00 am to 4:00 pm M-F and then move to a 2nd shift working an 8hr shift between the hours of 11:30 am and 9 pm

Overview:

Providing outstanding customer service to inbound callers to assist in placing product orders, taking credit card payments over the phone, data entry of new customer account information, troubleshooting accounts and assisting customers with any additional inquiries they may request.
