Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking motivated Financial Services Representatives for openings with our client, a major financial institution in Greensboro. To be considered, candidates should have outstanding customer service and organizational skills, as well as a background in the banking industry. These positions are Contract-to-Hire and start at $13.50 per hour.


Job Duties

  • Answer incoming calls from financial services clients and assist with account issues
  • Maintain knowledge of regulations pertaining to member accounts
  • Input loan requests and forward to appropriate departments
  • Update and maintain accurate account information in database
  • Forward requests for payroll changes to appropriate department
  • Balance receipts and disbursements on a daily basis
  • Maintain knowledge of IRAs, ATMs, insurance, and other services
  • Enact promotional campaigns and identify cross-selling opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work from 8am - 5:30pm at a minimum
  • Previous customer service and banking experience
  • Strong data entry and computer skills
  • Outstanding professionalism and sense of urgency
