Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting for administrative assistants with excellent communication skills for a well known company in the Triad. Our client needs 3+ years of administrative support in a professional office setting. Please see below:


  • Answer phone calls and e-mails from board members and homeowners to assist with inquires or troubleshoot issues
  • Assist the maintenance department in generating and processing work orders for communities
  • Update client information internally through a database system and MS Excel
  • Maintain electronic filing systems for each property and client file
  • Prepare and schedule conference rooms for onsite meetings for management
  • Prepare and mail postcards, newsletters, flyers and meeting notices to appropriate contacts
  • Prepare and code invoices for manager approvals
  • Special projects as assigned

Job Requirements


  • High School Diploma Required
  • 3+ years of administrative support experience in a professional office setting
  • Ability to communicate with various levels of management as well as homeowners and board members
  • Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast paced environment
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook and Word)
  • Strong organizational skills needed
  • Strong time management skills needed
