Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Office Assistant/Receptionist for an open Temp to hire opportunity. Job Duties:

  • Screen and answer all incoming phone calls.
  • Transfer phone calls based on needs
  • Update different departments on client needs
  • Assisting with all internal filing and administrative support
  • Update invoicing and assist accounting department as needed

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Superior Communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative/office experience
  • Bilingual Preferred
