Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator of an open temp to hire opportunity here in Greensboro. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office environment assisting on projects.

Job Duties:

  • Answer all incoming phone calls
  • Process and sort daily mail
  • Prepare reports and presentations for different management teams
  • Mail and send via USPS and FedEx
  • Maintain company email and update company contact list
  • Assist with all necessary office filing
  • Update and maintain company calendars with important events
  • Assist with planning and scheduling for events
  • Assist accounting department with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years administrative experience in a fast pace environment
  • Superior communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Heightened attention to detail
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working within an accounting department
  • Competent in Microsoft Office especially excel
