Job description: Full time office position in an established furniture manufacturing company,
family owned & operated based in Greensboro, NC. Employee will be expected to quickly build
comprehensive knowledge of the products in order to assist customers with questions and
ordering. Responsibilities include customer service via email and phone, some administrative
duties and order entry. Attention to detail, problem solving skills, and ability to multi-task and
operate independently in a fast-paced environment is key. Training provided.

Job Requirements

-Requirements: Customer service and administrative experience required. Experience in the
furniture industry and/or manufacturing is ideal. Strong phone handling and business writing
skills are must, as this position communicates frequently with our customer base. Must have
attention to detail, a willingness to learn quickly and work quickly, be able to multi-task and
problem-solve independently while also working in a collaborative, open office environment.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
