Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is hiring 3rd shift operators for a textile manufacturing facility in High Point, NC.  These jobs are paying $15 to start and they are temp to hire!  Manufacturing experience is preferred.


Circular Knitter Operator

3rd shift - 11pm-7am Sun-Thurs - Must be able to work overtime as needed.

$15/hour


Job Duties:

·          Operate Knitting Machinery

·          Performing QA – looking for ribs in fabrics

·          Replace broken needles as necessary

·          Capable of instructing others in machine operations in a safe and efficient manner.

·          Recognize and troubleshoot knitting defects

·          Make machine adjustments to produce first quality goods

·          Previous splicing experience preferred but not required

·          Must be attentive, watching and listening for any problems

·          Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations

·          Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Requirements:


  • Circular knitting experience is a plus but not necessary.
  • Must be able to stand an entire shift, lift to 50 lbs. as needed.
  • Able to commit to a long-term / temp to hire position. 
  • Work independently and work as a team.
