Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting for strong customer service professionals for our client located in Greensboro, NC.

*** Must be able to work between the hours of 8am-8pm***

*** Must be able to work an occasional Saturday***


This position ensures the support of the Consumer Relations department during peak volume to ensure an excellent customer experience by analyzing individual solutions and taking appropriate actions to ensure that consumer needs are met with understanding and efficiency.

Job Duties:

1. Answers all inquiries, complaints, suggestions, compliments, requests which arrive via consumer toll-free number, email, chat, social media or on-line review.

2. Engages with cross functional departments to maintain a vast knowledge of all past and present product lines, marketing promotions, special events and licensee merchandise.

3. Assists consumers with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges for internal B2C website and mainframe special orders.

4. Initiates refunds, enters replacement orders, prepares correspondence, and makes appropriate adjustments to resolve problem situations.

Job Requirements


  • High School Diploma Required
  • 3+ years of customer service experience required (call center)
  • Previous experience working with eCommerce business is preferred
  • Previous experience entering a large number of orders into internal systems is preferred
  • Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Excellent grammar
