Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking a Pad Cleaner for our client in Kernersville, NC. Ideal candidates should have a proven history of good attendance This position works 4 pm - 12 am, Monday-Friday.
This is an entry level position that would lead into the Maintenance Department
Must be mechaniclly inclined and possess good Problem Solving Skills
This is a Direct Hire Position
Starting Pay: $18.75/hr.

Job Description
1. Work in a safe manner at all times.
2. Maintain and clean production portable pads, pumps, static mixing equipment, etc.
3. Assure proper labeling of all pad cleaning drums.
4. Maintain housekeeping pad maintenance area and back dock.
5. Shadow maintenance techs on breakdown calls from supervisor and continuously monitor production activity and support equipment as needed.
6. Troubleshoot mechanical problems.
7. Understand and assist in operation of control equipment (SRU, afterburner, scrubber).
8. Complete work orders and preventative maintenance as assigned.
9. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
10. Will be cross-trained in at least one other area to remain productive during low volume periods.
