Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a temp to hire opportunity with one of our clients here in greensboro. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of call center experience working with purchase orders, shipment tracking and superior communication skills.

Job Duties:

  • Process orders via phone, email, mail and online chat
  • Assist customers with researching orders and updating them on issues or problems
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate priority issues to management
  • Provide superior support on products and services
  • Manage a set of accounts and ensure constant contact with them
  • Process outbound and inbound phone calls

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required bachelors degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years high volume call center experience
  • Experience working with sales representatives preferred
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English required
