Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Technical Customer Service Representative for a bilingual temp to hire opportunity. Ideal candidates will have experience with product troubleshooting, customer service, order processing and be able to work between the hours of 8am-8pm.

Job Duties: 

  • Support customers by providing product and service information 
  • Accurately resolve customer issues via phone, chat or email
  • Display appropriate product knowledge information 
  • Actively listen to customers issues and concern and engage with an understanding tone
  • Maintain accurate database updates of all customer inquiries and issues

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of technical troubleshooting experience
  • Superior communication skills
  • Ability to multi tas
  • Available to work 1 am-8 pm Monday-Friday and one Saturday a month 9 am-3 pm
  • Superior technical/troubleshooting skills
