Job Description

Job Specifics- CSRs work directly with Call Center Account Reps, Supervisor, and Manager to ensure each customer and project are handled to meet the client's expectations and stated SLAs.

  • Learns clients' products and services, and keeps up to date with changes
  • Serves customers by providing accurate product and service information
  • Provides information in a prompt, efficient, courteous and professional manner
  • Ability to control the conversation and to be able to terminate calls appropriately
  • Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts, procedures and policies
  • Maintains customer records by keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Evaluates all relevant information to help solve customers' problems
  • Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Assists with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges
  • Reports any developing trends or any unresolved or potential problem so that corrective action can be taken
  • Accesses the company's internal systems to obtain and extract order information to provide outstanding customer service
  • Utilizes computer technology to handle high volume of workload

Education & Experience

  • Education - High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience - Call Center Experience helpful
