Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking skilled customer service and service industry professionals for an intake representative. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience either working face to face with customers or over the phone. Candidates must love working with customers and be able to work in multiple software systems simultaneously.

Job Duties:

  • Take inbound phone calls of people needing law services
  • Assess potential client cases and gather information
  • Update database to ensure all information is gathered for lawyers
  • Perform outbound calls to follow up on customers who solicited services

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or service industry experience
  • Superior communication skills
  • Superior attendance record
  • Ability to work on holidays highly preferred
  • Ability to start work immediately
