Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced technical support representative to work with large client in Greensboro. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of call center experience, handling of warranties strongly preferred. Must have a bachelors degree.

MUST HAVE FLEXIBILITY AND BE ABLE TO WORK BETWEEN 8AM-8PM AND HALF DAYS ON SATURDAY

Job Duties

  • Assist with troubleshooting, diagnosing, tracking, & resolution of customers’ needs via phone, chat, or email
  • Enter detailed notes on all phone calls to create transcript of all phone calls
  • Accept and process online credit card payments
  • Use internal database to determine best locations for parts deliveries to provide the best customer service
  • Ensure all promises to customers are obtainable by the company
  • Build a strong team dynamic by discussing internal problems and providing solutions to better assist customers
  • Strive to become a subject matter expert

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in English required (Bilingual preferred)
  • Must have a completed bachelors degree
  • A minimum of 3 years call center experience or highly intensive customer service environment.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm with 100% accuracy.
  • Proven ability to work in a face pace environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on organizing.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong Written and Verbal skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to problem solve with minimal supervision.
