Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in technical support as well as customer solution development. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience with coding development, customer technical support and configuring customer portals.  Job Duties:

  •  Provide technical support via E-Mail, phone and other electronic mediums
  • Address clients issues to determine treads and create processes to eliminate errors
  • Deduce clients needs and develop software with tech team to provide better support
  • Configure software 
  • Conduct trainings for clients on proprietary software 
  • Work simultaneously with internal IT Managers on product development and product scope development
  • Pull information and analyze queries 
  • Help prepare product solutions for clients through deducing client needs and underlying trends

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support
  • Superior analytical mindset- Ability to deduce client needs
  • Superior communication skills 
  • Minimum of 1 years help desk experience
  • Experience with coding and process development
