Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for a full-time immediate opportunity. Ideal candidates will have combined experience handling reception responsibilities in addition handling administrative responsibilities. This position will be responsible for handling incoming calls part of each day in a reception capacity and handling visitors and assisting with human resource support tasks including onboarding employees, reviewing new hire paperwork and audits .This position is a great opportunity for someone who loves customer service and is looking to expand their human resources knowledge and experience.

 

Job Duties:

·         Answer multi-line phone system

·         Assist clients in-person and over the phone

·         Process new hire onboarding paperwork

·         Support HR team with job fairs including preparation and day of tasks

·         Assist with reference checks, background checks and drug screens for new employees

·         Assist with general administrative tasks to support HR department

Job Requirements

·         2-3 years of Administrative support

·         Associates degree highly preferred

·         Superior communication skills both written and oral

·         Must have experience working within Microsoft Office Suite, Word and Excel

·         Technical computer knowledge a plus
