Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Coordinator for a large client in Greensboro. There are currently multiple schedules available and starting pay is negotiable based on experience. Available shifts include 8-hour Monday - Friday schedules as well as day shift or night shift 12-hour 4 day per week shifts.

Job Duties

  • Primary function is to generate and edit all orders for outbound shipment.
  • Auditing outbound shipments and other tasks will occasionally be required.
  • It is a fast-paced position requiring accuracy, high-level multitasking, prioritization of tasks, and attention to detail.
  • Active communication between other members of the administrative team throughout the day is required.
  • You change, as our customers are allowed to alter orders throughout the day.
  • You will report directly report to the Project Manager/Sire Manager

It is critical to the admin team structure to collaborate and operate outside of one’s primary job duties when needed, which is nearly every day. This is an all-hands on deck team, and cross-training is required and readily offered.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years working as a shipping / receiving / inventory control administrator or college studies in logistics or supply chain.
