Job Description

 Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced accounting professional for a temp to hire part time opportunity. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 4 years accounting experience and be willing to work 20-25 hours per week. This position will be responsible for processing payments for housing communities, scanning checks, updating accounts and posting vendor checks. They will work closely with the community manager to ensure everything is up to date.

Job Duties:

  • Process new renters applications/payments
  • Scan closing checks for homeowners
  • Review lock boxes
  • Assist with account adjustments
  • Process transfers
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • review monthly financial statements with community managers

Job Requirements


  • Minimum of 4 years accounting experience
  • Property management or real-estate experience highly preferred
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Highly professional communication skills both written and orally
